I am trying to explain as insensitively as I can that I have no wish to participate in this blog nor indeed meet up with any former members of the band! As for Nigel - I will not go into what part of his body I would like to damage, but it is not his wrist. Good luck with the GCSE Maths - but (although it would seem to be a prerequisite as a drummer) counting was far from being one of your strong points.

All About the Band
Psychedelic Blizzard of the Luminescent Fist were formed in the late 60s by Eddie McFlintock and Josh Grubbe as Teynham's answer to the Pink Floyd. Unfortunately their gigs were so poorly attended (due to the rubbish quality of the music and promotors having trouble spelling the band's name) that the band split up after only a couple of months. But luckily a totally brilliant drummer called Derek Smith, sensing the band's amazing potential, resurrected the band, retaining its original guitarist, the legendary Richard Drew, who also had a van, and the rest is history. After a couple of years playing in small halls the length and breadth of Kent the band had their first break, changed their name to Blizzard (which made it easier to spell) and the rest, as they say, is history. Oh, did I already say that?
